William graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University Nacogdoches Texas 1982. Working with investors in 1985, he formed Dyno Energy, Inc. and began drilling oil and gas wells in central Texas. This led to two (2) small field discoveries and several other successful drilling ventures. Dyno Energy, Inc. a Texas corporation is in active status.
In 2006 he formed Dynex Royalties, LLC for the acquisition of producing oil and gas mineral right. Dynex Royalties manages a few hundred acres of mineral right most of which are actively producing oil and gas in Texas and Louisiana. Dynex Royalties a Texas LLC is in active status.

Mexico is becoming a very active market for North Americans moving South. San Miguel Allende offers small town life in one of Mexico’s fastest growing markets. Today, William has a vision of success for investors through DeViva Real Estate, offering joint ventures in Common Ownership Rental Properties.

Camilla, a San Miguel resident going on 25 years, made an early shift to San Miguel from Seattle in 2000, after a successful career in advertising. Being a member of a family in San Miguel with roots back to Colonial Spanish settlement, has given her vast social and networking connectivity now put into place for the benefit of DeViva Real Estate, LLC through DeViva Rental Management by Fenton.

Herself a seasoned realtor and property manager, she will manage DeViva Mexico Rentals with a team of experienced professionals in marketing, maintenance and accounting. She has published the number-one tourism bi-lingual guide in town for the over 13 years, and the recently the Insiders’ News, the monthly lifestyle newspaper in English.
